Took longer than quoted but for the price it was worth it. Battery had a few hiccups but seller made good on getting it delivered. Some problems with language barrier; used delivered instead of shipped. Big difference when expecting delivery. Overall, product worked and was affordable for us. Really appreciated how much this equipment has helped us in lessening the effort to safely transport our 102 year old grandfather up and down stairs and steep driveway. Saves us from having to pay someone else to use their carrier. Hope to be able to get replacement parts from supplier.
